Supriya Raman bolsters Anthesis‘ technical practice as Lead M3 Consultant

Releasing the value of our customers’ Infor M3 and Cloud Investment is a crucial part of what we do here at Anthesis. Our rapidly expanding team of highly skilled expert consultants are equipped to navigate, innovate and deliver, which is why we are delighted to welcome our latest addition to the Technical team, Supriya Raman.

With over 8+ years of experience in IT including 6+ years’ consulting experience delivering technical solutions to clients in the US, Supriya has served as M3 Technical Project Manager on a number of Multi-Tenant Projects. She worked from post-provisioning to delivering all technical work packages on time and made sure they all went live successfully. Supriya has also a vast knowledge of various technical components of M3 e.g.  XtendM3, ION, MEC, etc and has built several integrations, H5 scripts and H5 webapps.

Supriya’s primary role here at Anthesis is to develop technical solutions for clients and to innovate standard solutions which can benefit the whole M3 world. Outside the world of Anthesis Supriya lives in the lovey city of Mumbai, India where she is a marathon runner, trekker and enjoys reading and travelling.

Paschal D’Arcy joins Anthesis as an Infor Consultant

With over 25 years’ consulting experience delivering IT solutions to clients in UK, Europe, US and Australia, Paschal has a deep understanding of business processes and project delivery. This knowledge, combined with a commitment to delivery, allows him to engage, understand and deliver customer business requirements very successfully.

Paschal is particularly adept in cross functional roles, where he has enabled disparate departments and organisations to function as one.

Paschal’s primary role is to enable our clients to deliver the changes necessary to successfully realise their business objectives through IT solutions.

Outside the world of Anthesis Paschal lives in Naas, Ireland and enjoys motorbikes, travel and writing.

Nick Denyer joins Anthesis as an Infor Project Manager

A very warm welcome to Nick Denyer who joins the Anthesis Team as an Infor Project Manager.

With over 20 years’ consulting experience delivering IT solutions to clients in UK, Europe and US, Nick has deep project implementation ‘know how’. This knowledge, combined with a thorough understanding of the complexities of ERP projects, allows him to help deliver customer business transformation programmes successfully.

Nick is particularly adept at operating at CXO level, is more than comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and very well versed in building high performing multi-cultural teams and developing individual talent.

Nick’s primary role at Anthesis is to enable our clients to realise their strategic goals by delivering and embedding customer critical Infor IT solutions within their businesses.

Outside the world of Anthesis Nick lives in Sussex, UK and is often found ‘all at sea’ racing his lovingly restored boat.

Natasha Rogerson joins Anthesis as HR Operations Officer

Starting out her career on the Marks and Spencer retail graduate scheme, Tasha has amassed a wealth of experience across FMCG businesses, Retail and the Education sector. Currently studying towards her MSc in Human Resource Management she is passionate about driving an effective people strategy to support individuals as well as operational priorities. Tasha’s role at Anthesis is to bring people expertise and develop solutions to help deliver the company’s strategy, to lead employee engagement initiatives and, of-course, to handle day-to-day operational HR questions.

Tasha currently lives in Cheshire, UK with most of her energy and attention outside of work is spent with her two young children and her grumpy old canine pug, Stitch. She loves getting out and exploring the outdoors, joining in with her local park run, as well as cooking for the family (she is known for making a pretty good Sunday roast dinner).

Jijo Kuruvilla joins Anthesis as an IFS Finance Consultant

Jijo is a qualified Cost and Management Accountant and an Associate member of The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants. With over a decade of IFS implementation experience Jijo has proven skills in the field of Finance and Accounting and has completed many implementations and rollouts for customers in Aerospace, Defence, Oil & Gas and EPC on all IFS versions from IFS 2004 to IFS Apps 10! This places him well as an experienced functional expert to help guide and build new IFS customer solutions and upgrades.

Jijo currently lives in Kerala, India and enjoys watching Football, supports Liverpool FC and loves to try different cuisines with family and friends.

Xavier Bras joins Anthesis as an IFS Consultant

Starting his career in Packhouse Production within the fresh produce industry, and with a decade of experience as IFS User, Xavier has amassed experience in the field of Planning, Operations, Supply Chain and Inbound Logistics. Xavier’s main passion lies within the Supply Chain and working closely with stakeholders to solve the business challenges and improve processes. He is a welcome addition to a growing Anthesis team who want to drive value for customers from their Enterprise Applications.

Outside the commercial world, Xavier enjoys Football, Cricket, and Martial Arts (Taekwondo). He also loves music and singing, has a real interest in cooking and likes to hit the gym regularly to keep fit and healthy.

Nick Jowett joins Anthesis as an IFS Consultant

Anthesis is delighted to welcome to Nick Jowett who joins as an IFS Consultant.

Starting his career in IT within the manufacturing industry, Nick has amassed experience in both the technical and operational side of information technology and has spent the past 6 years managing a live IFS environment. More recently, leading an IFS Apps 8 to 10 upgrade, Nick has delivered successful business benefits and gained extensive IFS knowledge in many areas including manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, HR and system administration. Nick’s main passion is in digital transformation and working closely with stakeholders to solve business challenges.

Outside of the world of IFS and Anthesis, Nick lives in Yorkshire and enjoys following all things rugby, is a regular attendee at Motorsport events across the UK and has a passion for cooking.

Andy Dickinson joins Anthesis as IFS Senior Finance Consultant

A very warm welcome to Andrew Dickinson who joins the Anthesis Team as an IFS Senior Finance Consultant.

Starting his career in Finance, Andrew became CIMA qualified in 2005 whilst working for Experian. It was during that time he developed a flair and passion for finance systems. A varied financial career ensued with Financial and Commercial Controller roles with Vectura (R&D Pharma), Host Europe (Web Hosting) and latterly DHL (Boots Contract).

In 2014 Andrew made the transition to systems with Intelligent Energy where he took a role as a systems accountant. It was in this role that he received his first taste of IFS as a customer Workstream Lead for finance on an Apps 8 implementation. During the following two years he supported the finance team to enhance the IFS experience as well as developing a Consolidation system together with a MS SQL Datawarehouse to improve the reporting capabilities. In 2016 Andrew joined IFS as a Finance Consultant where he has developed his consulting skills with many implementations of Apps 9 and 10 across varying industries, from food manufacture to contract engineering, single site to multi country.

Beyond the world of IFS and Anthesis, Andrew enjoys walks in the country, bird watching and spending time in the garden. When something a little more exhilarating is required Andrew loves throwing himself down a snowy mountain on a plank of wood, some call it snowboarding.

Chathuri Gamage joins Anthesis as IFS Technical Consultant

We are delighted to welcome to Chathuri who joins the Anthesis Team as a part-time IFS Technical Consultant.

Starting her career in Technical Consulting, Chathuri has amassed experience in IFS applications 8,9, 10 and IFS Cloud client framework development and support. Spending four and a half years at IFS, she has gathered functional knowledge in Lobby, Custom and IFS Cloud configurations together with web development, client-end programming and supplemented with technical expertise in C#, Angular and PLSQL. To complement this great skillet Chathuri is also studying a Project Management MSc at De Montfort University in Leicester, UK.

Beyond work, Chathuri enjoys photography, mainly nature and portrait, and gardening. She loves to travel and, after recently arriving in the UK, Chathuri is extremely excited about travelling and exploring the country.

Zahran Hajireen joins as IFS Technical Project Manager

Another very warm welcome this time to Zahran Hajireen who joins the Anthesis Team as an IFS Technical Project Manager.

With a MBA and a Bsc(Hons) in Computer Science, Zahran spent the last 21 years working within large enterprises including; IFS, Emirates Group, Seadrill, and ARO Drilling. It is here he extended his experience in software engineering, techno-functional consultancy, IFS implementations, IFS upgrades, and IFS support. This is supplemented with IFS functional expertise in Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Asset Management together with technical strengths in PL/SQL, data migration, user permissions, custom objects, lobbies, and reporting. Finally, to truly complete his extensive competence and passion to deliver successful projects for customers, is his extensive agile training with CSPO and CSM certifications.

Outside of the world of work, Zahran is married with two young children. When he does get some spare time, he is a keen sports enthusiast in Rugby, Football and also in Cricket where Zahran used to regularly frequent the field at a very high level in Sri Lanka.
