IFS services partner and reseller Anthesis has been selected to support one of the first implementations of IFS Managed Cloud on Microsoft Azure in the UK.
The rapid deployment of IFS Applications 9 will give newly formed wastewater technology and services experts Jacopa access to real-time information across four UK sites. Using the latest ERP technology from IFS, over 70 staff will be able to monitor key business processes including manufacturing, purchasing and support.
Responding to the need for a swift implementation, Anthesis formed a team of IFS specialists to design, configure and support the ERP software. Working in collaboration with Jacopa and IFS, the project team is building a flexible solution that supports future growth ambitions while remaining highly adaptable.
To operate its business effectively, Jacopa, which specialises in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment, requires a project-focused ERP solution with the capability to add further functionality as required. Implementing IFS Applications 9 on Microsoft Azure helps ensure agility while allowing the firm’s new management to focus on productivity and skills.
Tom Constantine, IFS Services Director at Anthesis, said:
“Our commitment, as part of the IFS Partner Network, is to add value to companies choosing to implement or upgrade IFS ERP software. The Jacopa project is a great example of where we’ve created a highly skilled team to deliver a solution to a relatively tight deadline.”
