A warm welcome to Andrew Stephenson, who joined the Anthesis team in January as our new Infor Service Desk Manager.

Andrew comes to us having spent over 20 years at Infor in various roles, including Customer Service Manager and more recently Customer Success manager. He is dedicated to ensuring customer success through helping customers navigate their M3 solution in line with their strategic business objectives, as well as helping them build confidence in their IT investment through training and resolving tickets.

With extensive experience providing an outstanding service to Movex and M3 customers Andrew is integral to our mission to deliver a quality service that puts customer success at the heart of everything we do.

His skills will underpin the Anthesis Managed Services offering, designed to manage our customers’ M3 system around the clock, resolving tickets as well as proactively identifying potential problems and fixing them before it’s too late. This service frees up teams to focus on the essential improvement projects that will drive their business success and leave the day-to-day system and user issues to us.

Outside his work with Anthesis, Andrew is Chairman of York Astronomical Society which includes hosting two lectures a month as well as partnering with the National Trust on public outreach events and giving educational talks to local Scout and Guide groups.
