Anthesis Support team upgrades their office space in Sri Lanka to meet growing demand

DSC 9468 2 min scaled

This month the Anthesis Support team in Sri Lanka moved to a new, larger office space to accommodate our rapidly growing team of IFS support agents and consultants.

Working successfully out of Sri Lanka since 2018, the team allows Anthesis to deliver high-value, low-cost support to a global customer base. Our team is able to monitor systems and resolve tickets for customers in global time zones – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The team has grown exponentially to 33 fully trained IFS certified associates. The office move will allow us to continue expanding the team, provide new training opportunities and increase our capacity to meet demand from customers.

The new office gives the team their own dedicated building and triple the space they previously had, with plenty of room for expansion. It also provides new office comforts and amenities, better parking, as well as shorter travel distance from home for many employees.

Tom Constantine, Director at Anthesis says “we are delighted for the team in Sri Lanka to have the opportunity to move to their new office space. The move signifies our continued investment in support and managed services for IFS and means we have capacity to deliver to even more customers!”
