Delivering efficiency to clean energy specialists Vyncke

Implementing a new ERP module is not a task to be undertaken lightly, particularly for a business that takes pride in stability and reliability. So when clean energy company Vyncke of Belgium was assessing IFS Enterprise Service Management, the company wanted to be absolutely clear about the benefits it would bring.

To provide that confidence, Anthesis supplied an IFS Service Management specialist to demonstrate the application, explain the positive impact on the business, and set out a clear implementation roadmap.

With a better understanding of how IFS Enterprise Service Management could maximize operational efficiency, increase revenue, reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction, Vyncke has embarked on installation of the software. Anthesis will continue to provide expert advice and guidance throughout this short but important project.

Anthesis work with Chemigraphic to deliver one of the first entirely cloud-based implementations of IFS Apps 10.
