We are recruiting: Sales & Marketing positions

Anthesis was started three years ago to bring a fresh approach to specialist IT consulting. Since then we’ve enjoyed consistent growth, with clients in UK, mainland Europe and North America.

Now it’s time to grow the team in our Congleton office by adding some new skills and faces. To support our expansion we need to add to the sales team, primarily people with a recruitment or consultancy sales background.

As well as providing specialist consultancy to the ERP market we’re now an Infor Channel Partner so our business is evolving to include the sale of Enterprise Software and we need hungry individuals to support these activities.

We have the following positions:

Senior Sales Consultant

Recruitment background – 360 role in a contract environment
Experience with managing and developing a team
Business Development; Account development
Pipeline Management and forecasting

Sales Consultant x2

Contract recruitment experience
Experienced at resourcing projects
Able to manage client delivery and account management
Desire to develop and own a specific market
Campaign management and execution

Marketing Executive

To be responsible for building and maintain awareness of the Anthesis Brand
Developing collateral to support sales process e.g. news articles, client testimonials, case study’s, web content etc.
Experienced with direct / electronic mail campaigns
Market research execution; customer surveys, industry newsletters etc.
Experienced with direct / electronic mail campaigns
Successful track record with on-line media – Web / LinkedIn / Twitter etc

Software Sales Consultant

Experienced in ERP Software Sales
New business hunter who has a track record of success
Able to create and develop qualified leads
Ideally ERP background – SAP / Oracle / IFS / Microsoft / Infor
Driven sales person with high energy & great communication skills

Software Pre-Sales Consultant

New Logo Client Generation selling ERP Software
Target market – UK Consumer Products(food and fashion)
Demonstrating Software
Pipeline and Sales Forecast Management – internal and external
Liaise with marketing to create and deliver campaigns in line with budgets
Attend trade shows / Software conferences
Liaising with Software vendor on latest releases / functionality

All roles will need you to be proactive, creative and determined with a passion for succeeding.

The basic salary will dependant on the experience you bring to the team. Attractive commission packages will be offered to all and we’ll consider flexible working hours for the right person. By attractive we mean the opportunity to earn in excess of £100k a year.
