Ellie McCulloch – Resourcing Consultant
In the latest of the Anthesis “Meet the Team” articles, we’d like you to meet Ellie McCulloch who is a junior resourcing consultant at Anthesis and one of the newest members of our team.
Ellie joined Anthesis in May 2018 after relocating from Ross-on-Wye. She uses various tools and skills in order to find the best available consultants and contractors and placing them in suitable projects that Anthesis have been either newly appointed or currently in progress.
In simple terms, Ellie develops and cultivates strong relationships with the markets best Infor and IFS consultants, and ensures these consultants are working on the most appropriate ERP project within the Anthesis client base. As a resourcing consultant, Ellie has an excellent knowledge of the key strengths and knowledge of Anthesis consultants (e.g. IFS Apps 10). She will use this knowledge to ensure the right consultants are working on the most appropriate projects, helping plan their current and potential future development work.
Ellie is relatively new to the world of ERP consultancy and is constantly developing her network of Infor M3, LN and IFS cons
Ellie has always had strong communication skills which are serving her in her new role. She started off working in telesales, selling PVC windows, doors and conservatories. She then moved on to work at her local newspaper ‘The Ross Gazette’. It was here she sold advertisements, developed marketing campaigns fitness palm desert, managed existing accounts and resourced new advertisers.
She left her hometown of Ross-on-Wye earlier this year to move in with her boyfriend, who is from Congleton. After applying successfully for the role of Resourcing Consultant, Ellie has made a flying start in her new career of ERP resourcing and has settled in very well within the Anthesis team! Feedback from consultants and clients has been positive and her IFS & Infor knowledge after 6 months is growing by the day.
We asked Ellie to outline some of her hobbies so here they are, in her own words….
“I spend far too much time with my boyfriend, going out, and binge watching TV series. I like to go to the gym most days and if I have a free weekend I enjoy going back home (Ross-on-Wye) to visit family and friends”.
