Anthesis Apex methodology drives international rollout success

Building on our years of experience designing and installing ERP systems, Anthesis has developed a rapid, five-step methodology for rolling out a software solution across one or more countries.

The methodology, Apex, minimises customisations and takes maximum advantage of materials developed during the initial ERP implementation process. Our agile, lightweight approach helps ensure rapid, effective deployment of core functionality, adapted for local conditions and within demanding deadlines.

Apex was developed from our experience of rollouts to over 25 countries, working with a team of over 200 ERP specialists. It covers all aspects of a core system implementation, from gap/fit analysis and data migration strategies, to end user training and go-live support.

A recent example of our involvement in international rollouts was a three-month project to implement core IFS modules into Malaysia, for a global infrastructure products supplier. Anthesis provided onsite technical support, supplying an ERP consultant who spent several weeks in Malaysia.

The specialist’s role included data migration, reporting and interfaces for IFS modules. This is another example of Anthesis supplying an ERP consultant with the appropriate skills and availability required to help a client’s rollout proceed successfully.
